Why We Built This Site
Public access is useful only when the source is understood. Hot Spring County Circuit Court and Circuit Clerk Teresa Pilcher maintain circuit proceedings, while the district departments handle lower-court matters. The sheriff serves process and uses an in-person, person-only warrant confirmation procedure at the detention center. Search ARCourts can provide docket context, but it is not a live clearance certificate. The inmate roster describes custody rather than all active warrants. This site brings those roles, official contacts, and access limits together so a reader can begin with the office that actually controls the requested record.
What You Will Find Here
- Warrant lookups: how to run a warrant search by name and date of birth through the sheriff and the courts
- Outstanding warrants: how to check for active warrants and what an "active" status actually means
- Missed court dates: how bench warrants arise and which court holds them
- Charge-based warrants: how arrest warrants are issued and served in Hot Spring County
- Resolving a warrant: the steps to resolve a warrant, from talking to an attorney to posting bond and a motion to recall or quash
What We Cannot Do
This is a privately run reference site. We have no connection to any Arkansas court, sheriff's office, or state agency. There are real limits to what we can help with:
- We cannot run an official warrant check or confirm whether a warrant exists for anyone
- We cannot remove, recall, quash, or clear a warrant on any system
- We cannot post bond or accept any kind of payment toward a warrant
- We cannot arrange a surrender, a court date, or a warrant walk-through
- We cannot give legal advice or tell you how a specific warrant applies to you
- We cannot guarantee that every phone number, fee, or warrant listing on this site is current right now
Only the court that issued the warrant or the sheriff's warrant unit that holds it can confirm whether a warrant exists and whether it has been recalled or cleared. We can point you to the right office, but the answer has to come from them.
Search Partners
Outside companies operate search boxes that appear on some content pages. Each provider controls its service, results, prices, and privacy terms. A paid signup may generate a referral payment that supports site operations. Partner results are not official Hot Spring County warrant confirmations, and this site neither sets their charges nor controls the records they return.
